Meet Lisa Maisonneuve, a lifelong resident of the Niagara Region. Married to Colin and blessed with two wonderful daughters, Eliana and Amelia, Lisa is deeply rooted in her community. Surrounded by a large family also based in the region, she finds immense joy in the relationships she has built.
Lisa embodies a unique blend of directness and approachability. Working in a customer facing environment for 25 years. During that time she has honed her skills as a successful landlord and property investor for over a decade. Her journey has equipped her with a keen ability to navigate unexpected situations and an extraordinary work ethic.
What sets Lisa apart is her attentive listening, coupled with an ability to anticipate the unexpected. Her firsthand experience as a landlord grants her valuable insights into the landlord/tenant dynamic, knowledge she readily shares with her clients. Having bought and sold numerous single-family and multi-dwelling properties in the Niagara region, she understands the intricacies of climbing the property ladder.
