Real Estate has always been interesting to me. If you had asked me 20 years ago would I be a REALTOR® today the answer would have been a resounding no. I was going to be an environmental lawyer and save the world from itself. Fast forward to today and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. Real estate is my career, my passion and my all around joy.
Growing up my father designed homes and buildings and I was fortunate enough to work along side him to gain valuable knowledge about construction, the process and homes in general. That background feed my love of all things home related.
After trying careers in food and beverage and gaming, I decided to do what I feel I was truly meant to do and that was work for myself and help others through the complicated and sometimes difficult process of buying and selling properties.
As a young sales representative I was fortunate to be mentored by a local Broker who I ended up partnering with and to this day still sell with. I learned the ins and outs of our business. How to do the job the right, honourable and effectively without compromising my integrity.
After a few years in strictly sales, I was ready for the next challenge, which to me was leading a team office. My Broker of Record allowed me to open a Branch office where I learned the ins and outs of operating an office. Again I was mentored by an experienced Broker who invested in me and allowed me to build a team of 14 representatives to work with. The next step in my path was obvious to me. I wanted to run a brokerage. When the opportunity presented itself to become a Broker / Owner the decision was easy. In 2017 I became the Broker / Owner of Coldwell Banker Momentum and am focussed on growing our brand and our market presence.
I have always been Coldwell Banker. I love our brand and I promote it as often as I can. From Global Luxury to Smart Home Certification and Ultimate Service, I believe our brand and our brokerage offers the tools that our representatives can use to represent our buyers and sellers professionally and effectively.
