I was born and raised in Northern Ontario but had family that lived in the Niagara region which I visited often over many years, and the more I visited, the more I fell in love with it!
Moving to a new area and starting over has been very challenging so I understand how it feels for homebuyers in the same situation. I realize the very best way to assist my clients whether they are listing or looking for a new home, is to put myself in their shoes.
My experiences in buying and selling homes for myself, renovating and redecorating made me realize I had a keen eye for real estate. I have a fresh mind, market knowledge, and a competitive spirit. I also have a passion for animals. Before I started in real estate, I took various courses in canine behavior, health and nutrition and eventually started my own kennel-free dog boarding business out of my home, and then an opportunity opened up for me to start my own pet boutique. Then yet another career opportunity led me and my husband to move to the Niagara region and thus began my career in real estate.
The real estate industry allows me to use the customer service skills I acquired while running a business and during my 25-year career in the administrative and retail industries and serve a community that I love.
